The system installed for Local 654 consists of 99 solar panels and 3 central inverters. 33 of the 99 panels are mounted towards the front of the building, and the other 66 are mounted towards the side of the building. The panels are secured to the roof using a rail mount system. Each panel is a 235 watt SolarWorld SW monocrystalline silicon panel. The three inverters used are SMA7000 inverters. These will be mounted for public viewing alongside a 32' LCD screen.

The system installed for Lima company consists of 442 solar panels and a central inverter. The panels are secured with a ballasted roof mounted racking system by DPW. By using the ballasted roof mount style of racking both roof penetrations or modifications were avoided. Each panel is a 235 watt SolarWorld SW monocrystalline silicon panel. The inverter used is a solectria Renewables PVI-95kW.
